role is responsible for answering incoming calls, handling complaints, resolving
issues, and providing information from users regarding their questions and
requests.
- Answer
incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
- Perform
basic account maintenance activities to resolve customer issues in accordance
with the bank's policies and procedures.
- To
ensure that the highest level of customer care is provided and that all issues
are highlighted and reported.
- Achieve
established standards for call handling quality, accuracy, and productivity.
- Receive
customer inquiries/requests/complaints in accordance with the bank's
standard operating procedures.
- Maintain
a customer rating based on clear standards set by the company.
