job description:
Employee Help Desk is responsible for receiving visitors and managing a central help desk for handling complaints. The role owner must ensure that all complaints logged in the system are responded to in a timely manner.
- Handling common service fault call requests from start to finish
- Ensure accurate and timely assignment of new tickets to interested staff/department
- Post task completion, ensure ticket closings with proper confirmation from initiators
- Be sure to check the "OPEN" applications and close applications within a certain time.
- Work as an effective team player to provide support and support to other staff/support teams.
- Manage your reception area efficiently at headquarters or in designated areas
- Ensure meeting with internal and external visitors
- Keep a complete record of visitors
- Answer phone calls, redirect them if necessary
- Monitor and order office supplies and update records
- Reception care
