job description:

Employee Help Desk is responsible for receiving visitors and managing a central help desk for handling complaints. The role owner must ensure that all complaints logged in the system are responded to in a timely manner.

  • Handling common service fault call requests from start to finish
  • Ensure accurate and timely assignment of new tickets to interested staff/department
  • Post task completion, ensure ticket closings with proper confirmation from initiators
  • Be sure to check the "OPEN" applications and close applications within a certain time.
  • Work as an effective team player to provide support and support to other staff/support teams.
  • Manage your reception area efficiently at headquarters or in designated areas
  • Ensure meeting with internal and external visitors
  • Keep a complete record of visitors
  • Answer phone calls, redirect them if necessary
  • Monitor and order office supplies and update records
  • Reception care
